Unified LED Modules
Viewpointec utilizes a patented Unified LED Module design based on triangular modules. This allows for the construction of display surfaces that closely approximate a perfect sphere.

Flexible Shapes & Sizes

• Shape: Construct anything from a partial dome or sphere segment to a full sphere using the same unified modules.
• Size: There is virtually no limit to the diameter or resolution of the display. Resolution can be scaled simply by increasing the number of modules.

Spectacular Brightness & True Black
Viewpointec screens achieve a peak brightness of 233 fL (800 nits)—16 times brighter than conventional projection-based cinemas (typically 14 fL). Combined with a dark screen surface and high-grade electronics, the system reproduces deep, true blacks, vital for realistic deep shadows and immersion.

Ultra-High Resolution & HDR
Going far beyond standard 4K, Viewpointec paves the way for stunning 8K to 16K visuals. With 10/12-bit input color depth support, the screens are ideal for HDR content, preserving details in both bright highlights and the darkest tones.

DCI-P3 Color Accuracy
The screens ensure accurate reproduction of the DCI-P3 color space (digital cinema standard) and support 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, offering smoother gradients and more vibrant colors than projection-based domes.

• High FPS: Supports up to 240 frames per second for impeccable motion smoothness.
• Stereoscopic 3D: High brightness and active 3D support create image depth so real the physical screen seems to disappear.
• Durability: Individual LEDs have a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours, significantly reducing maintenance costs compared to projector lamps.

Immersive Audio
